  • Caregivers help with feeding food cooked by the family. If cooking support is needed, it must be mentioned before appointing the caregiver.
  • For all concierge activities, costs at actuals are borne by the family; the caregiver facilitates the activity.
  • Trunion shares home safety and elder-proofing recommendations; the cost of any installation or changes is borne by the family at actuals.
  • The security system purchase and set-up cost is borne by the family.
  • One complimentary ambulance charge is borne by Trunion in an emergency; anything additional is borne by the family.
  • The caregiver will not perform clinical activities such as dressing wounds, injecting medicine, or procedures needing professional oversight. Nursing assistance is available on request at additional charges.
  • The caregiver is given one day off in the week, mutually decided based on the family's and caregiver's convenience.
  • The elderly can access two free community events every month.
